If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you may open one dish soap bottle for usage, but all other dish soap bottles purchased from us need to remain unused and unopened. All products must also be in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received them.
Gift cards are not returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from our website (www.yayamarias.com). Purchases from any other vendor are not returnable through Yaya Maria's, LLC, and you must consult the return policy of the store or website where you purchased it.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (we recommend you use the same shipping materials that came with your order, as we will not refund returned items that have been damaged)
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will process your refund immediately. A credit will then automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method (as soon as the intermediary financial institutions process it, depending on their timeline).
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before they officially post your refund. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Only regularly-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you have used a coupon to receive a discount, unfortunately we are not able to give you a refund.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The time it takes for your product to reach us will vary, depending on where you live.
Because we have no control over the Post Office, we can't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item (as much as we would like to). If you are shipping an item over $75, you may wish to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. N.B. we cannot refund items that we haven't received.
