Shipping times
We endeavor to process all orders within 1-2 business day; however, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Estimated transit time is  2-5 business days in the continental US, although shippers occasionally experience delays that are beyond our control. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment cost:
Free US shipping orders over $55.
Orders under $55: $6.99 flat rate in the continental U.S.
International shipping (available for serums only): $9.99 flat rate

Where we ship to
Yaya Maria's ships to P.O. boxes in the continental U.S via USPS only.
Yaya Maria's soaps ship only to addresses within the continental U.S.
Yaya Maria's serums ship to anywhere in the U.S. and select international countries. The serums cannot be combined with soaps when shipped internationally. Be prepared that your country may charge a duty tax on items mailed from abroad.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. The confirmation email will contain your USPS tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
